At The Irish Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Irish knitwear or jewelry isn't quite right, you can return any unworn item in its original packaging within 90 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at our warehouse in Ireland, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
